Is It a Ninja or Is It a Cat?

It's hard to tell just from this quick picture that was captured on Google street photos, whether this is a cat or a ninja or a spider. The way that it is making its way up the wall is pretty impressive regardless of which creature it actually is. However, it is also slightly disturbing because it looks like it's actually a cat. No cat should be able to climb with that much ease.

This looks almost like the spider man version of a cat. You could say cat man or cat woman, but then again it is a cat, so that wouldn't really make that much sense.
